This is a category which contains all brain concepts. Each kind of concept have a unique background color.
Each leaf node in the category represents one concept.
Each branch node is assigned a representative concept according to their semantic relatedness.
The semantic relatedness is calculated by node2vec algorithm.
Switch between tabs to show concepts under different categories. Click on a concept to add it to the Selection Box in the bottom right corner. Navigate to Search section if you want to search for any concept.

Relation Graph

Generate a relaton graph of the selected concepts and the concepts that are semantically related to them.
In the graph, every node represents a concept, while each edge denotes the links between the concepts.
The thickness of each edge is directly proportional to the number of links between two concepts. The size of each node is directly proportional to the total number of links related to that node.
You can adjust the layout by dragging the nodes.
